Bertrand is head of Capital Markets & Investor Relations at My Money Group and Deputy CEO of MMB SCF (the Group’s issuer of covered bonds). He is in charge of capital markets funding (capital & debt), investor relations, and relations with rating agencies. Bertrand joined My Money Group in 2017 following the change of control from General Electric to Cerberus Capital Management.

Bertrand started his career with Société Générale where he spent 15 years, first within the General Inspection (strategic advisory & audit), then in the corporate & investment banking division (SG CIB) where he held several roles in the structuring of asset-backed financings (covered bonds, securitizations, secured financings, etc.).

Bertrand is a graduate of HEC Paris business school.

For the past 17 years, Jérôme has devoted himself to the retail banking profession, working in the Crédit Agricole Group's main local banks: LCL, International Retail Banking and the Regional Bank, first in management positions in the network and for the past 14 years as CFO. In this capacity, he has been confronted with a wide variety of situations, such as the rapid development of Crédit Agricole Brie Picardie, the restructuring of a loss-making subsidiary in Greece, and the organization and structuring of the retail banking business, particularly in Italy, Poland, Morocco, Egypt and Ukraine. Prior to this, Jérôme worked for the French government for 10 years, mainly in the Treasury Department of the Ministry of Finance, where he was involved in SME financing in France and public aid to developing countries. Jerome joined the CCF Group in September 2024 as Chief Financial Officer.
