Quality of Work Life and Working Conditions Week (QVCT) !

Presentation à des enfants

As every year, CCF Group celebrated the Quality of Work Life and Working Conditions Week (QVCT), held from June 16 to 20!

✅ On this occasion, we had the pleasure of welcoming Dorothée DEREUX for two masterclasses on stress management and musculoskeletal disorders. Over 500 employees attended these enriching sessions and left with practical tips to protect their health.

✅ Our headquarters and branches came alive with the 4th edition of our beloved Kids Day!

This annual event gives our employees’ children the chance to discover their parents’ workplace and share a joyful moment before summer break.

Highlights included a fun financial education workshop with the group game “I Invite a Banker to My Classroom”, followed by the Izibook handout from Iziwup to continue the learning at home. They also took part in the “1 Letter 1 Smile” initiative, sending letters to isolated individuals.

Plus: creative workshops, games, magic shows, face painting… And to wrap up the day, a festive snack with live music from #GroupBy, a band made up of four of our talented colleagues.

A moment of joy and connection for kids and grown-ups alike — with lots of laughter echoing through the halls! 😀

✅ We also welcomed high school students for their observation internships during the week. They explored various roles across the bank — from communications to IT to HR. This is part of our mission: to share our passion for banking with younger generations and help them reflect on their future career paths.

A big thank you to all our employees for their time and to the students for the rich and inspiring exchanges!
