The CCF Group is committed to taking action against ordinary sexism at work by joining the #StOpE initiative.

Signature de la charte StOpE

On 25 January 2024, the national day against sexism, CCF Group is committing itself to taking action against #ordinarysexism at work by joining the #StOpE initiative.

Through the signature of our CEO Niccolo Ubertalli, we are joining a collective of committed organisations whose aim is to put in place good practices and concrete actions every year to make a lasting dent in ordinary sexism in the workplace. With a collective of more than 270 organisations, we are committed to disseminating good practice to combat ordinary sexism in the workplace. We are proud to be part of this initiative and to be contributing to the creation of an ever more inclusive and respectful working environment.

In practical terms, what does this involve?

  • Informing our teams to raise awareness of the negative impact of comments and behaviour based on gender stereotypes.
  • Encouraging and empowering all employees to prevent, identify, report and respond to sexist behaviour.
  • Apply the principle of zero tolerance: punish reprehensible behaviour and evaluate and improve our policy for combating ordinary sexism.

This commitment is part of our Diversity & Inclusion policy and the promotion of professional equality between men and women through our internal CAP Pluriel network.
