ELLE by MMG joins the Financi’Elles network

In 2021, we launched ELLE by MMG – an ambitious program imagined by 3 of our collaborators Andreea Manuela Danci, Kawtar Adlani and Charlotte Donnadieu Leroy. ELLE by MMG aims to strengthen parity at all hierarchical levels.

In order to underline our resolute commitment to promote professional equality between women and men, we are proud to announce that we are joining the Financi'Elles network, which is the first federation of networks promoting intra-company diversity in the financial sector. . This network's mission is to help improve and above all accelerate women's access to the top of organizations in the finance sector.

Financi'Elles currently has 12 member networks: Allianz, Axa, BNP Paribas, BPCE, Caisse des Dépôts, Crédit Agricole, GENERALI, HSBC, ING, Malakoff Humanis, SCOR and Société Générale.
